Cable support for Ender 5 Plus with MicroSwiss Direct Drive

After installing the MicroSwiss all metal hotend and direct drive system the cables kept hitting the extruder and the filament lever. So I designed this cable guide that has an arm that rests on the extruder body and can be secured with an M3 x 15 screw and nut to the metal carriage. The hole for the metal carriage is threaded, but there isn't enough room on the back of the guide to accommodate the screw without hitting the x-stop. So I started the screw from the back and used a washer and nut on the front to secure the cable guide. You will also need 2 zip ties to secure the cables to the guide. I did not use the stock creality extruder because it had a press-fit gear. So I purchased one on Amazon (Dimensions: 42x42x23mm/1.65""x1.65""x0.9""). I believe the stock extruder is also 42 x 42 mm, so this part should fit; however, your mileage may vary.
