Cable Slitter R1

I remixed my cable slitter with exciting new features. I added a depth adjustment screw that makes precise adjustments easy, a blade cover to protect the sharp edge, and a perpendicular slot for improved functionality. It works incredibly well now. Let me know if this upgrade works for you or not. If it doesn't work out, please let me know so I can make further improvements. Here's a short video demonstrating how it works: https://youtu.be/3TNGuIz2kXw This cable slitter has been printed in various materials with impressive results: PLA 220 nozzle, 60 bed, 0.2 layer, 30% infill ABS 225 nozzle, 100 bed, 0.2 layer, 50% infill PETG 235 nozzle, 70 bed, 0.2 layer, 25% infill I encountered a problem with the hinge on top of the bottom piece when printing it in ABS. To resolve this issue, I added a patch hinge that can be easily removed and replaced if necessary. When using ABS as a material, keep an eye out for any issues with the hinge. If you experience problems, simply sand the area smooth and glue on a new hinge to prevent waste. You can use ABS slurry, super glue, or plumber's cement - all of which are incredibly strong. The single edge razor blade now fits snugly in its holder, although it does have a little bit of play. Mine tends to float around about 1 mm. To finish the job properly, you'll need to clean up this area post-print by cutting apart a tiny slot that gets fused back together during printing. This slot is located on the opposite side of the screw, in the front, and about 5mm up from the base. It serves as a locking tab for the blade. To ensure a secure hinge, I used an 8-32 bolt instead of the recommended 3mm bolt, which resulted in a slightly better fit.
