Cable Ring 1.0
thingiverse
This is a pretty simple cable guide, it mounts onto a bar of 80/20 and locks in place. The bracket that holds onto the 80/20 (RCM) is designed to flex around an existing bar and should go on without disassembly. When I printed this in PLA it was just reaching the deformation point when I got it around the bar. The ring that contains a cable (RCL) wraps around the flexing ends of the bracket and locks in place, so the bracket should not be able to come off even under some force. The interior of the loop is wide enough to accept even a large cable socket, and the edges are smoothed to reduce wear. The RCL file's locking sockets are also slightly oversized, as my printer slightly overextrudes and the exact dimensions would not fit. Both of the OpenSCAD files are included if you'd like to make changes.
