Cable Retainer Clip for The Replicator
thingiverse
The received Replicator lacked a crucial clip, so I decided against contacting support and seized the chance to invent my initial "thingy"! :-) This minor clip is vital for securing the cable emerging from The Replicator's floor and ascending to its heated bed. To craft this clip, I utilized Sketchup and printed it on my Replicator with a 0.30 layer height, 0% infill, 0 extra shells, and a feedrate of 25mm/s. As the design was based precisely on cable and hole measurements, the fit is snug but the zero-infill clip should flex enough to insert into the hole and grip the cable with applied force. I quickly placed mine in position before it cooled excessively.
