This updated version fixes a customizer bug that concealed the case hole size parameter in the previous release (previously downloaded 133 times). This nifty plug enlarges a larger hole in an enclosure while still allowing space for cable passage. Useful when you need to drill a bigger hole for fitting cable ends through the enclosure wall, yet wish to restrict the overall opening size. The design is completely parametric and well-commented with 10 customizable parameters. In the photo, note that the hardboard was damaged (due to improper support during drilling); however, the plug functioned flawlessly. I made the cable aperture slightly larger than the cable itself for accommodating additional small wires. It's sturdy and fits snugly. The STL is designed for a 0.75" case hole cut into 3.5mm hardboard with a cable diameter of 5.4mm, fitting USB cable ends and accommodating additional wires for power in my application.
