Cable Pass Through Wall Port

Cable Pass Through Wall Port

I required a method to transmit a network cable through the wall from one room to another without exposing the interior of the wall. This cable pass-through utilizes a screw design to form a complete tube all the way through your wall and accommodates a network cable along with its connector. The outer diameter of the assembled tube is 1.26 inches. The inner diameter is 0.78 inches. The adjustable screw design can accommodate walls between 3.5 inches and 5.7 inches thick. Simply drill a 1 3/8-inch hole all the way through your wall, insert one tube from each side of the wall, and screw them together. This printed perfectly for me at .2mm layer height, without any supports, and 20% infill. Update February 13, 2020: I uploaded a longer version of the outside tube based upon rm200's comments. This longer tube is now 3 inches longer and should accommodate a 9-inch wall thickness. I also included the Fusion 360 project in case you would like to make further adjustments.
