this include 2 versions, 1 with bump for easier turning, and 1 without bumps. these organizes your cables. align slots to insert cables.. after cables are in , turn either part 1/4 turn to lock cables in. align tab of inner part to slot of outer part to seperate / insert parts. align slots also allows to insert / separate/insert both sides needs no supports.
