While it may not be the most stylish solution, it gets the job done. Feel free to download the Fusion 360 file and adjust the parameters to suit your needs! The STLs are tailored to fit my table, which measures 28.5mm in width, and accommodate up to five cables with a maximum diameter of 8mm each.
