I keep my office/recording studio's various cables neatly managed with a few essential tools. A wall-mounted hook is fixed securely to the wall using finishing nails, while its desk-mounted counterpart simply glides over the edge of my work surface. This setup keeps cables out of sight and reasonably organized without hindering their easy retrieval or rearrangement as needed.
