This is a cable management solution for the outstanding direct-drive design by Capacitor, which disappointingly lacks any effective cable organization system. Simply place a spacer between the motor and extruder without reprinting the extruder mount, then secure cables with zip ties! Longer screws are not necessary for this spacer; the 40mm M3 screws used to connect BMG to the stepper motor will suffice perfectly. I recommend printing with PETG or ABS, as PLA may deform under pressure or heat from the stepper motor.
