Here's a Little Cable Management Clip/Holder I Designed for Organizing Cables Behind My Desk. Since my desk has a rear panel, I chose to use tiny wood screws (2.5x16) to attach these clips directly onto the desktop. A cable tie fits perfectly into the groove that is created by the combination of the rear panel and the printed part. I also included a holder with one lane as well as another with two lanes for added versatility.
