Cable Lockout Box

We required a means to secure data cables in our makerspace, so we created this quick-and-dirty lock box. By dropping the connector inside the box, slipping the lid tabs into the holes on the base, closing it, and locking it with a 5mm x 20mm padlock or zip tie, you can ensure that there's no accidental connection. No special settings are necessary. We printed this design using PLA on our Me3D. The box measures approximately 55mm x 50mm x 25mm. We've included a STEP file in case you want to modify it. There is some text in the STEP file that you might want to remove, but there is no text in the STL file.
