I used the black tube that came with the Tarantula, but due to the extruder, the cable kept getting stuck multiple times. As a result, the x carriage encountered some issues. Consequently, I decided to print something that would hold the tube in place. It works incredibly well, despite its resemblance to a pig snout. By the way, this was my first encounter with a problem and I managed to resolve it by creating something from scratch using FreeCAD. If you're aware of how to improve it, please feel free to contribute and offer some hints. There's still a lot for me to learn. I built it with 30% infill and PLA at 210° extruder temperature and 60° bed temperature. Then I utilized two M3 screws and two printed T-Nuts to secure it to the 2040 beam. Enjoy!
