Cable Holder
thingiverse
This is an SCAD customisable version of a very *useful* little helper that I printed many times for use in office and at home. It is very simple and keeps a cables Plug from sliding behind the table. So if you want to have your phones charging cable to available on the table and at the same time not in the way, when it is not used, just clip it to the back end of your desk and pull it out when you need it and push it back if you don't. **Customize** it to your needs by changing the thickness (all in mm) of your tabletop and your cable. The *"flukes"* on the bottom help it to hold on to the table, but could scratch the lower side. So you can configure them to be small or even non existent (0mm). The space for the tabletop will be as you specified. The "flukes" will live in that space and therefore make the holder bend. This creates the force to grab and hold the tabletop. 1 or 2mm height for the "flukes" is a good value in my experience. 2021-02-24: - Added STL-Version with Default Parameters of 20mm and 5 mm. - Added second Version, modelled in Fusion 360. Can also be customized in Fusion.
