I've created a slightly beefier version for multiple cables plus an additional variant designed specifically for use with a ziptie. Both feature a small hole perfect for securing a thumbtack, which I found incredibly useful. Additionally, I discovered that my older IVAR boards from the previous century are 1 mm thicker than my newer ones.
