Someone I know really needs a small cable clamp, and I think a belt will work great for this project. The best material to print this with is definitely some flexible filament. I've attached the .3mf file so you can easily edit its length and other settings. Note: I tried printing a single layer out of PLA but unfortunately found it was too weak. It seems like flexible material is the way to go for this design.
