I recently upgraded my Ender with the Aluminium MK8 Extruder Kit and wanted a simple cable holder to keep things organized. Luckily, the kit comes with a few screws that can be used for this purpose. However, I would advise using a slightly longer screw, about 2mm longer than what's provided, for added stability.
