I narrowed the 4040 cable guide by HeavyMetalGuy to fit on top of the 20mm wide extrusion on top of my Ender 3 Pro. The stl is 20mm tall but you can adjust the "y" axis to however long you wish. If you go much above 100mm you may want to print with a brim to help stabilize it.
