I came up with this solution to hold my dropper post cable instead of buying an expensive adapter. It works surprisingly well and attaches securely with a zip tie. To get the best results, I recommend scaling it up slightly if you're printing with ABS material, which can be less accurate than others. In my case, I had to trim down the zip tie just a little to make it fit perfectly. The back part is optional, but it's included in case you need extra support.
