I designed a custom cable grommet specifically for my MPCNC table, as shown in the accompanying picture. This cable grommet is engineered to screw together seamlessly. The inner component has been carefully reduced by 5%, allowing it to fit perfectly with my printer's specifications. The hole diameter measures 30 mm, while the wood thickness comes in at a sturdy 18 mm. For anyone interested, I've included the FreeCAD source files for this design.
