Cable Desk Clip

Cable Desk Clip

thingiverse

A very basic design made to solve a problem quick and test a theory, will it generally work. It is designed to fit a table 25mm thick and have 10mm MIN access to push the clip fully on. It is intended to hold 1-2 standard power cables or several smaller USB or other cables and stop them slipping off the back of the desk. Thereby saving you from going all the way under to push them back up. Also they can be turned upside down withe the loops hanging below the desk to provide a method of hanging some cable up and away from the floor or your feet. A colleague recently crashed his partners pc (sitting opposite) due to cable hanging down. Hope everyone, anyone finds it useful and of course I will be updating it and uploading other variations. Instructions The Cable Desk Clip was modelled in GeoMagic Design Elements 'Alibre' and printed on a Leapfrog Creatr HS to check that the design functionally work, it does quite well.
