Cable Clips for ZD-917 Desoldering Station

The hoses on my ZD-917 desoldering station become knotted with ease.\r\n\r\nSmall clips can be laser-cut (or printed) and snapped between the suction hose and electrical cable, keeping them aligned and preventing tangles.\r\n\r\nLaser-cut a batch of these from acrylic (3mm thickness works well, wood might also serve) and attach them. The air hose is straightforward, but use your fingernail to gently push the electrical cable's insulation into place within the clip for a snug fit.\r\n\r\nI cut twelve of these clips and spaced them about 15cm apart. Don't forget to straighten the hoses afterward to get them perfectly parallel to each other.
