Simple cable clips. Not fancy, easy to print, customizable (.f3d included) https://youtu.be/FH1NANVMqx8 I included different clips of different heights with 10mm length and 30mm length. If you want the clips to actually hold your cables, use the 30mm ones (except for the small ones. They seem to work fine with 10mm).
