Cableclips for 2020 alu profile with 5mm slot. Insert the clips around the cables and snap them into place in the slot. I used PETG to print mine, setting my linewidth to 0.45 mm for three lines of thick walls. To prevent toppling, I printed a brim alongside each clip. Update: A raft works better as removing the brim from each part can be quite tedious when printing multiple clips at once. You can use these cableclips either spaced along the length of the cable or print them to cover the entire cable with multiple clips attached. To avoid warping, it's best to print multiple clips at one time, allowing each clip to cool between layers. I printed mine at a slightly higher temperature for improved layer adhesion. If you want to customize these cableclips, I've attached the Fusion 360 file for your reference.
