Cable Clips for 2020 Extrusion

These are another iteration on the common printed t-slot cable clips. They were made for my CR10 but will fit any printer with the same extrusions. I made some small improvements to the fit and finish and have supplied files for them in 1/16” diameter increments. The file names have the diameter in three place decimal so a 3/16” diameter clip for example is the file “CR10 Wire Clip - 188.STL”. I found that having the clips properly sized for each wire bundle was necessary to improve their hold in the extrusion slot since the clip has to squish the wire and mesh slightly to flex and pop out of the slot. I printed one of each size, test fit the cables where I wanted to put them, then printed what I needed.
