I required a fastener to anchor a 6 millimeter diameter TV cable to the wall securely. I opted for printing one on demand (to prevent the need for support) and attaching it firmly to the wall using double-backed adhesive tape. To maximize efficiency, I printed six at a time, employing a 50% fill density, which proved satisfactory with PLA material.
