Here are some cable clips that I create for my needs with Fusion 360. Three different lengths and two sizes. Version plain or version with a hole - that means twelve different models in total (see pictures). Version V1, V2, V3, V4, V5, V6 are 8mm thick x (18mm - 24mm - 30mm) opening. You have a plain version and the version with a hole (4.5mm Dia). Version V7, V8, V9, V10, V11, V12 are 1.5x scaled. That said, this version is 12mm thick x (27mm - 36mm - 45mm) opening.
