Attach a cable clip and EU plug adapter to your 3D printer's profile, just like in the picture shown below. To do this, first print the clip with support, then attach it to the Ender 3D's profile using two M3 screws. Next, attach the plug adapter with two M5 screws to the front side of the profile.
