Cable Clamp (strain relief) for Eleksmaker electronics

This is a clamp for cables coming from electronic boards of the Eleksmaker laser, as of January 2019. Based on the "EleksMaker Laser A3 Pro Cable Support" by Fuganater October 20, 2017. An extra clamping arm was added to accommodate other cables coming out of the electronic board. Y-axis cables do not need clamping because they were routed through the V-slot and remain stationary. Typically, drawings must be scaled up ten times when entering the slicer, possibly due to drawing in millimeters while the slicer expects centimeters.
