Here's a simple cable clamp designed to securely fasten a cable to any stud or screw point you prefer. The screw hole was originally intended for drywall screws, but others should work just as well. I created this device specifically to help straighten up ethernet cables when running them through walls. This design was primarily made with CAT6 cable in mind, although I actually used it to secure camera cabling in the example model.
