Made a quick cable duct design to hide a ~1cm diameter HDMI cable I have. This specific STL is 20cm long but it is very easy to scale it to fit your length/diameter. The design is split into 2 files - a base and a cover that slides in from the side. Choose between the 1cm long and 20cm long design, whatever is easier for you to scale. There should be no need for supports.
