Summary I redesigned my connectors since they didn't fit through the original design, thanks to eiPionezero sharing the source files. I removed a section and added a lid on the short side. The new design fits tightly and should hold up well. Next, I'll be designing the ends. Print Settings Printer: Hictop 3DP-12 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: I printed it at a resolution of 0.2mm and it came out extremely well. I might print the "production" run at 0.1mm for an even better finish.
