Human: Adapted from : http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:666118 . Enhanced chain design featuring a doubled bend radius for increased durability. Openings and snap-in inserts were added to provide order and maximize cable life, mimicking commercial-grade cable chains. Print the insert using the smallest feasible filament width to achieve optimal results; .3mm proved effective in my experimentation. Combine printed chain links with inserted snaps by pushing them into place from the top, ensuring consistent orientation throughout the assembled length. Alternatively, the chain can be used without inserts if desired. This design was tailored for a novel large-scale 3D printer project, necessitating 12 #22 wires to power three steppers and four #18 wires for two hot ends, in addition to various #26 wires catering to thermistors, fans, and LED lighting needs.
