I've reworked RotoScan's Cable Chain for improved 3D printing results. The initial design had issues with curling on curved overhangs that caused long prints to fail due to catching the print head. Additionally, original Chain Links would sag in lengthy chains as they lacked a stop for link flexibility. I solved these problems by modifying the link, enabling me to print large quantities without failure and maintaining flat chains over extended unsupported distances. Simply plate and print, no support needed.
