Newly added start link for Flashforge Pro utilizes the side panel's mounting hole. A cable chain for Replicator Dual Xmotor is introduced to prevent cable damage (already repaired once). The links feature a 16mm x 12mm triangular internal hole with about a 60mm diameter turn, making them self-supporting and flat. The Sketchup model is in the warehouse, and a video of the chain in action can be viewed at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7tPRTCV0zcw&feature=youtube_gdata. Designed in Sketchup, sliced in MakerWare at medium settings, printed on a Replicator Dual clone (taking 3 hours for 12 links), the links were printed with rafts but no support. Support was provided only at both ends, and longer screws from a spare kit (approximately 15mm) along with slightly larger washers were used.
