cable chain & Big Tree Tech smart filament sensor extruder mount for Ender 3 v2

Remixed the Ender 3 cable chain extruder mount by norp (27mm stock version) and added a shelf to mount the Big Tree Tech smart filament sensor to my Ender 3 v2. There are two holes in the mount so you can remove two of the factory screws from the sensor and attach the sensor to the mount using them, I added washers, or there are slots to attach the mount with zip ties.
