Cable Chain Anti-Jam Ramp

Thanks Brian for thinking of a solution for this little problem! This design is meant to be used with the 3UP and the cable chain guide, modified by yours truly. The cable chain has a tendency to sag down after some use and it would get jammed on the sides of the extrusions.
