Cable Bridge V2
thingiverse
I constructed and set up a heated build platform for my Makerbot, which led to cable dangling around the Z-axis belt above the machine. To solve this problem, I printed an additional part that secures cables safely. This component can be attached to the top of the 'Bot using screws, glue or velcro; drilling is necessary if required. The current version addresses an issue with incomplete .gcode files generated by Skeinforge in the previous iteration, while Skeinfox (Mac) functioned smoothly. This updated design features revised geometry ensuring successful .gcode file generation using Skeinforge on my computer.
