Cable Bracket for Ender3 Z motor

I was in dire need of a guide for the hotend wire loom after switching to direct drive, with the loom now neatly routed ahead of the Z extrusion. The existing loom was just barely long enough to reach Z's maximum position, but it was tugging on the gantry more than I found acceptable. With this part in place, I can absorb all the slack from the mainboard without relying on the Z motor to maintain tension.
