I got fed up picking my USB charging cables off of the floor, wasting precious time and fueling frustration. After testing various cable holders from Thingiverse, I was unimpressed by most; too big and prone to spilling cables onto the floor again. So I designed one that completely surrounds the cable, guaranteeing it stays secure. The two components easily snap or slide together to enclose the cable snugly. This versatile design offers four versions capable of holding 1-4 cables, and I dubbed it the Cable Box for its sleek, boxy shape. The recommended print settings are as follows: printed on an Ultimaker 2 at a scorching 210°C with High Quality default setting in PLA filament. The result is a compact 12 mm square Cable Box that securely holds cables up to 6 mm in diameter. Don't be afraid to scale the model according to your needs, however. When attaching it to furniture, I suggest using foam tape for a strong and damage-free hold.
