Cabinet mounted spice rack

I'm looking to replicate the outstanding design by Linuxx, but with one crucial twist - I need the spice rack mount to be securely fastened to my cabinets. To achieve this, I've added some strategically placed screw holes that require #8 screws for a snug fit. Additionally, I've downsized the upper dowel to improve visibility of the spice jars. The upper dowel now stands at 1/4 inch in height, while the lower one will take a sturdy 3/8 inch dowel.
