I had to attach an input jack to a vintage speaker cabinet wall at a precise 90-degree angle so I could plug in various amplifier heads using this custom-designed cabinet mount made from spare parts lying around. This mounting system should accommodate Switchcraft enclosed 1/4" input jacks, specifically models 111, 112, 113, and 114. It can be seen here: http://www.switchcraft.com/Category.aspx?Parent=953 It might also work with other small-profile input jacks. The inner box measures 16mm in size, the circular opening is 9.2mm in diameter, and the screw hole has a diameter of 3.25mm.
