Sliding Mounting Bracket for Quilter Amp Heads Mount your Quilter amplifier head securely on top of a 1x12 speaker cabinet with this innovative sliding bracket. The head effortlessly glides in and out without requiring any tools, holding itself firmly in place due to friction. Thoroughly tested on the 101 Reverb model, we believe that all Quilter sizes are standardized; however, your results may vary. To ensure maximum strength, print the mounting bracket with the grain running vertically. The correct orientation is as follows: when viewed from above, the bottom features an "L" shape, while the top has a sideways design with the "C" clamp facing upwards. Update 9/13/2019 Over time, we noticed that the dovetail joint became loose and would occasionally slide out when the amp was moved frequently. To resolve this issue, we brainstormed several solutions and developed a flexible retaining clip. This clip is securely attached to the cabinet's top using double-sided foam mounting tape, positioned flush against the Quilter's chassis. This setup prevents the unit from shifting forward. To remove the head, simply compress the tab, allowing enough clearance for smooth sliding out.
