A straightforward project for an enthusiast clock kit. The C51 6-Bits Digital Electronic Clock Production suite on eBay is the kit I used. It comes with a bezel that can be glued on or left off, depending on personal preference. If the two case halves aren't fitting together smoothly, the small pegs through the PCB can be trimmed as they're not essential to hold the PCB in place. I've included a DXF of the display components from the clock kit for anyone who wants to create their own case. Three buttons need to be printed individually. If you want to use the speaker for an alarm, there's a small recess that marks the speaker hole which can be drilled out. However, I didn't drill it since I don't use it.
