C4 Corvette Seat Track Transmission shaft end

I crafted these shaft ends to serve as precise replacements for the nylon components found in Corvette C4 power seat transmissions. These often fail due to repeated strain from individuals entering and exiting the seats. Upon closer inspection, I realized that lengthening the cap would cause it to nest against the metal casing, thereby providing added support and preventing breakage. This project encompasses files for both the original size piece and elongated pieces designed to rest against the case for enhanced stability. Make sure to retain the small metal discs from the original units and utilize them with these housings, as they function as thrust bearings (apply a light coating of grease when installing).
