Update 10/17/2018 - A critical error was discovered on the forearm. The two ribs with the piston guide between them were overly extended and blocked the cuff from seating fully onto the forearm. To rectify this issue, I modified the model to address the problem. Now, all the ribs are evenly proportioned, allowing the cuff to seat properly. These models were designed from scratch using Blender and Autocad. Reference points were primarily taken from TheHappyOne's 3D scans of the Don Post statue and photos from TK409 and MrTea's online reference libraries. Wall thickness is mainly 2mm. Although the scale matches the scans, it is quite small if you intend to wear this model. Be sure to take precise measurements of yourself and adjust these parts accordingly. As usual, I incorporated small alignment holes into the design. These can be drilled to accommodate various hardware options or used as aliment pins with 1.75mm filament if you choose to glue everything together. I included two versions of the arm pistons: one is fully printable, while the other is designed to be printed and attached to 3/8" diameter aluminum tubing. I provided reference dimensions for cutting the tubing and gluing each piece in place. The specific tubing used can be found on Amazon at the following link. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00G6J7BDS The piston rod I utilized is 1/4" aluminum and slides smoothly inside the tube. You can find the exact rod I used on Amazon at this link. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HUAAK8E The large forearm greeblie is divided into sections to enable printing without supports, then glued together. A picture is included to guide the assembly process. The slide guides feature holes for M2x4 threaded inserts, allowing you to remove the guide if needed for access to the piston clip. For optimal results, I recommend printing the pistons and greeblies at 0.1 layer height. The small pieces for the arms are quite fragile when printed, so be cautious during handling.
