PRINT YOUR OWN C3PO. With these files, you will be able to print an exact replica of the Empire Strikes Back's C3PO. No other files come close to matching their accuracy. The real C3PO is a masterpiece, and with these files, you can bring it to life in 1:1 scale. The files are available in two formats: full resolution for those who want perfect details and lower resolution for those who just need a scale model of C3PO. We understand that the files are quite large, so we've provided both options. We're also releasing 3D printer-friendly files to help you build your own C3PO suit. That's why we're releasing these files at an affordable price. We want everyone to have the chance to build their own C3PO without breaking the bank. If you adjust the files or create new parts, please share them with us and link back to the originals so others can keep track of the different versions available. To make printing easier, consider using Meshmixer (free) to cut the pieces into more manageable sections. It's a powerful STL editor that will help you get the best results. While PLA might be the easiest to print, it's not the best for sanding. We had great results with PETG - it's strong and easy to sand. ABS can also work well if you use acetone to melt parts, but you'll need a heated chamber for bigger prints. Most importantly, have fun and enjoy the process of creating your own C3PO!
