C3PO Head Split - Suit "still to come"

<p>I have 2 &amp; half incomplete full size R2D2's and of course you can't have them with out R2's favorite side kick C3PO. Started the head thus far and will up load more files of the body as time permits, Cheers Jace</p> <p>1/06/2017 Just started to print the front of the Helmet tonight. No support : ) Will see how it goes and post some picks soon. I've added the Parts file 1-2-3 early but could be premature of me. The files look good and should print well, so I'm confident. My printers might print other wise ; ) fingers crossed. Well parts 1,2 &amp; 3 all printed perfecty without the need for support. Each file used 100gms of plastic so lite too</p> <p>2/06/2017 Just going to print 4, 5 &amp; 6 and will see how they turn out tomorrow. Files uploaded now for any one interested ; ) Cheers Jace<br/> 3/06/2017 4,5 &amp; 6 printed fine but it was difficult to remove the support from the eyes so I did a second set of eyes Pt4a that worked great</p> <p>4/06/2017 Ok head is complete and all the files worked like a dream, which is always a good start ; ) Starting to split up the chest now : ) Will be a big job to ensure the most optimised print. Will up load more files soon</p> <p>10/06/2017 I've been trying to find references to sizing as I suspect the head is slightly to big. Any one printing this may want to reduce the head files 5 - 10% Cheers Jace</p> <p>21/06/2017 Just added the back of the head, thought I had already.
