I fabricated this in two distinct sections, but it does mesh together seamlessly from my printer provided that your tolerances are accounted for. I would apply a small amount of adhesive for added durability. I have printed with and without supports – the choice is yours, but personally, I preferred the sharper edge that overhanging "rings" produced when using supports. Bear in mind that smaller components tend to print more effectively at slower speeds... Print Settings Printer: Wanhao i3 Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 15% (personal preference) Notes: Remember smaller parts print better – slower!
