This is a C3PO bust remixed from my own designs. To bring it to life, simply add an eye, chest pistons, and chest greeblies. I've also included a hollow version with 4mm wall thickness for your convenience. Note that the design lacks a stand hole, but I can easily create one if you spot a budget-friendly solid stand on sale. If you'd like to make any adjustments, feel free to use MeshMixer, a fantastic and free program ideal for editing STL files. Happy building!
